今個月發生了不幸事件....

事源, 我當初買月月派息系列係有SET 止賺和止蝕

10月己不覺意PDI 中左24止蝕 (中完就升)

後尾24.3 和24.0 加碼返....

到11月, PTY 竟然升到17, 中左止賺 (好彩只SET 左部份, 後來16.XX 加了沒有再SET 止賺)

現在SET 返PTY 16.5 & 16, 睇下有無機會入返多少少, 雖然17賣出部份其實都賺左半年息

近來, 月月派息系列的股價都升得不錯, 10月尾股巿跌時, 4隻都加碼左少少, 不久就回升返

Morgan Stanley, UBS and RBC are joint bookrunners. Janney Montgomery Scott, JonesTrading and Wedbush are co-managers.
Shares are -1.8% postmarket.
PDI has underperformed the S&P since March, when the pandemic led to a huge selloff in equities and bonds.
"PDI is made up heavily of riskier assets than a traditional bond fund," Dividend Seeker wrote on Seeking Alpha in August. "About two-thirds of its holdings are in either the non-agency MBS or high yield credit sectors, which explains the volatile nature of the fund when economic conditions deteriorate."

GOF 因為有ROC, 所以唔會加碼, 如果升到19, 會減持, 之前升來升去都差一點點, 不過唔知佢今年會唔會用返D槓桿去買野, 一直派ROC 都唔係辦法

GGM, 本身都重倉, 有少少ROC 隱憂, 暫不理

PDI 本身有貨但唔多, 之前升到33, 跌落31.5 時無增持, 都係自己信心不足

PTY 最低跌到16.5, 己回升上18, 開巿前有諗過16.5入, 不過最後都無乜到, 然後就急升

減槓桿後少一點空間買野, 英股清倉後, 今日回升, 可惜, 不過做了英股期權, 如果英股升, 權金袋袋平安, 再跌, 因為目標價SET 低左, 入貨的話, 息口好好, 會接貨

收巿前收15.98, 但收盤後, 公佈完最新派息己急跌
今日一開巿立即全數沽出, 微賺少許差價和幾個月派息

所以呢, 即使買了看似穩陣既投資產品, 仍然要KEEP 住留意新聞
一有風吹草動要立即決定下一步
是短期影響定長期呢
尤其呢D固定收益既東西, 一派息就好難復原
若決定不放出, 就有心理準備長期守落去

GGM 是Closed End Fund, 封閉式基金, 睇返官網既資料, 高息公司債佔59%, 而銀行貸款佔37.59%, 2 者己佔9成以上

資產類別計, 固定收入佔98.38%
其實都好穩陣

十大持股, 都係債券, 而且頗近期就會贖回, 由22年到26年不等
咁近期的債券, 公司突然破產的機會比較低

高息既債券, 其實級別都唔會高
所以都係集中BB, B, CCC,
唔算好垃圾級別既

GGM 由13年上巿, 至少才6年, 算係年紀好輕既CEF,
派息方面
由13年一開始每月派0.16146,
14年增到至每月派0.1713, 之後再增加到0.1813, 直到今天
而且, GGM 既派息一直沒有ROC, 全都是由INCOME 分出來
財政更穩健

10大投資包括有大都會碼頭，芝加哥巿政債，伊利諾伊洲債等等

投資類別，最大為巿政稅收債卷
其次係交通和醫療

未來12 個月有13%到期，連埋未來3年就25%左右
相對比較穩定

債卷級數不錯呀，AAA ～BBB 己佔近75%

近一年都係派每月0.066

現價16.04 有大約5%
因為不用扣稅
而且價格相對穩定
每月有息收
我自己覺得還可以接受
算是在投資組合中增加固定收入
如果在15 的價位增持更好
1年低位是13.20，當時整個環球投資氣氛都不太好
我覺得短期內好難跌到呢個低位

PIMCO Municipal Income Fund 成立於2001年，是由德盛基金管理公司與太平洋投資管理公司共同管理的封閉式固定收益共同基金，主要投資於美國固定收益市場主要投資領域為投資及的市政債券。

PML 是CEF 封閉基金，意思是基金成立之後，不會再接受新資金，基金在交易巿場流通，像股票一樣買賣。因基金公司不接受近資金，所以投資者若想買入，只能從其他投資者手上買入。好處是當巿好時，不會有一大堆人加碼投資，基金公司因不能有太多現金而要焗買貴貨，當巿道差時又不用擔心太多投資者要求贖回令基金要在低位套現。
PML 是美國巿政債，巿政債是美國各洲各區各自出的債卷，目的各有不同，PML 是買入不同的美國巿政債

根據官網，PML 投資比例最重是洲份是New York，其次是Illinois 和 Texas

而投資的債卷項目也有列明

巿政債基金大都是每月派息，PML也不例外，而且不扣稅
07年至今，每月都是派0.065 美元
以現時15.64 股價計，約約4.99%

18年有幾個月輕微下跌，之後回升，且比之前派更多

19年6月又增加了派息

講完股息講股價

以下為股價一年，10 年，及1995 至今

一年股價，低位55左右，升到最高75左右，

高低波幅35%

如果KEEP住每月派0.227，一年股息2.724，但美股要扣30%稅

現價70.11，股息率3.88%，但扣稅後只剩下2.7%

對我來說，收息落袋要有5%才值得買

若要有5%息 即$54 （未扣稅）

若扣稅後想有5%息，股價要跌到37.8，好像無乜可能

現價有點貴

AGNC Investment 成立於2008年1月7日，總部設於美國馬里蘭州的貝塞斯達，是一家房地產投資信託基金，主要投資不動產抵押轉手證券及抵押擔保債務憑證，其本金及利息支付由政府資助的企業或美國政府機構擔保。公司前身為American Capital Agency Corp.2016年9月，變更為現名。

投資組合投資主要包括MBS，代理住宅轉讓證書和抵押抵押債券。 其他房地產相關資產，包括GSE信用風險轉移（“CRT”）證券，AAA非機構證券和商業抵押貸款支持證券。

根據官網, AGNC 的收入來源主要是30年固定收入, 3.5% 至4% 佔大多數

股價方面, 08年上巿至今, 最高曾升至三十多元

但現在只剩下18多

年初時更只有17多, 我就是在17多時入場

因為派息每年都沒有增長

所以股價一直沒有升

看派息情況
不計上巿的08年, 2009-2011 算是派息高峰,
其後開始回落,
由16年8月開始, 每月派息每股0.18
暫時算是穩定了
現價18.17, 息率有11.89%, 扣除30% 股息稅, 還有8.3%
算是不錯的

(朋友說AGNC 有隔年退稅, 我只買了幾個月, 若有退稅, 息率不只8.3 就更吸引了)

CHECK 返歷年派息, 2019 因為還未完, 所以股息不能作比較,
2008 至2018年度 派息都是平穩
現時每股每月派$0.182100

股價方面, 經過18年尾大跌, 現在算企穩
現價息率11.14%, 不過要扣稅30%, 實際息率約7.8%

GOF 是基金, 基金的組成可以在官網看到, 如下

目前, GOF 算是我在IB 內最重倉, 佔12%
每月派息, 提供穩定收入
現階段不會再加碼, 因不想太偏在某一隻身上
反而想找其他優質的東西, 分散投資
希望可以每一項不超過10%
而且每一項都可以提供穩定派息
加強月月有息收策略
