剛好, 昨天就公佈最新業積

不過業積一公佈, 股價就大插
睇返佢既業積, 其實不算好差
點解大插呢? 應該就因為19-20 年度會減派息
己公佈派息, 12月5除淨, 1月15 派7.5P
而預計全年派息15P
即8月那期派息預計都係7.5P
比起今年19年全年派息25P 大減4成
但, 這個派息安排, 其實係之前己公佈過
請回看之前4月介紹
以現價200 計, 息率仍然有7.46%
不錯呀
不過留意返, 根據公司公佈, 未來4年都係15P 每年
所以未來幾年應該股價都唔會太升
但如果你覺得7里息OK 既,
其實都穩陣
至少, 我唔覺得ROYAL MAIL 會執笠
但講增長, 又未必係好吸引
預左買來收息
想股價增長, 就要諗其他
P.S. 英國股票沒有股息稅, 反而英國房托有20% 股息稅
Dividends The final dividend of 17.0 pence per share in respect of the 2018-19 financial year was paid on 4 September 2019, following shareholder approval. As previously stated, our new dividend policy reflects the additional investment required to turnaround and grow our UK business. The Board has declared an interim dividend of 7.5 pence per ordinary share payable on 15 January 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 December 2019. The ex-dividend date is 5 December 2019. The Board expects to recommend a full year dividend of 15.0 pence per share for 2019-20, in line with new dividend policy.
